Ditto.
As I said, my Hobbico Super Star RTF flys just fine as it came out of the box. Any model aircraft will self destruct if you handle it roughly. Just listen to your instructor and fly it as it was intended to be flown.. as a trainer.. and it will be just fine.
I had the Hobbico Nexstar Select as my trainer. I abused it as most students will, and it lasted. In fact, I sold it to another student, who really.. and I mean really.. abused it. He learned with it and sold it to another person. And, it still flys. So, with all that abuse, it still is a trainer, and still training student RC'ers. And it never came apart at the glue joints. So, fly it and enjoy it, and learn to fly it. You will be a happy RC'er when you finally solo with it, and if you decide to pass it on to someone else, that person will learn to fly with it and pass it on.
Hey, all those dents, scrapes, patches, and glue joint fixes all add character..
