No reason to pay 30 bucks a gallon when you can get Sig and Byrons for 10-12 a gallon in Iowa. Take a road trip and visit Des Moines, there is a Hobby Shop there that has reasonable prices on fuel.

Also, check with a local club. Some clubs buy fuel in bulk to save money. I picked up a case of 4 gallons for 40 bucks from my club recently (Sig 15% fuel)

I use Cool Power 15% in all of my engines. If I only flew 2-strokes, I would drop down to 5 or 10%. My LHS get about $12 for a gallon. You can probably find about the same on-line.

Like MinnFlyer said. I use 15% because I also fly a 4-stroke and it's nice to only lug one jug. My TT Pro-46 just loves 15% Omega. I do a lot of winter flying and it makes a big difference in my idle over 5 or 10% nitro.

I wish it were that cheap here. Local price is around $25-$26 CAD ($17-$18 USD) for 15% nitro. Buying it on-line isn't any better either once I pay the hazardous materials charges, customs, duty, and taxes.

That's why I'm working on my first gas conversion...
