I bought this http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJ802&P=K .
trying to start a glow plug with it was going well for the first two times.
Now When I put it on it wont light the plug. I have to not quite put it on all the way and wiggle it a bit till the meter shows me it works. I try when not in the engine to make sure and its the way it is .....whats up?

I have run into a few of the replaceable types that had an intermitent problem and turns out the chrome plated spring inside the cap was just not allowing enough current through. In both of these cases the solution was just to brush both ends of the spring on a wire wheel thru the plateing. These were both near new units with no corrosion.
