Default 4-channel trainer?

ok let my try this again. i didnt put a subject last time and im sure it was hard to know what i was talking about. Right now i have a hz super cub and love it. i do really well with it and can land and take off about anywhere or time now, but im ready for a little bit more. I have looked into a hobbico j-3 piper and a pz t-28 trojan. i like these two planes because they are both foam and electric which is what im looking for in 4-channel trainer. i also dont have any radio gear right now since the cub was RTF. So does anybody have any input on this planes or anything else to look into? thanks!

You may want to look into local RC clubs, and check out what everyone is flying, and what they suggest for training.

If you plan on advancing past the foam planes, you will need aileron experience.

Your next plane should at the very least be a 4ch trainer.

thanks. yeah thats kind-of what i was thinking. i want a 4-channel plane with ailerons and the t-28 is what i keep leaning towards due to it being foam and electric.

It's supposed to be a wonderful flyer, and even suitable as a first plane.

The Hobbico Flyzone Cessna is quickly developing a reputation as a turd, the J3 Cub they have is likely cut from the same cow chip.

I said it before, buy the T-28 Trojan.

get the trojan!! It''s a great deala 4 ch radio you can reuse, brushless motor, lipo batteries and charger. It''s made of foam so it''s easy to repair. (Get some foam safe ca) Reviews say it flys great! The CG is below the wing but if you feel like you are ready for a 4 channel go for it! If you stove it up you still have a 4 ch radio, lipo batt, brushless motor, speed control, and charger to put in something else.
