I got my AMA card today but i don't have my trainer lol. But i rather have my card first.

No.. Save it in your flight box and use it to repair the first hole in your covering

Now get your credit card out. That gets much more use than your AMA card.

Go and get yourself SIG Kadet LT-40 as your first plane. It is an ARF and will get you in the air a lot faster.

Make sure you join a club and get someone to help you with your first flight (Instructor). Most clubs are glad to see new members and they are fantastic in helping newbies.

I remember when I first joined and all the help I got was so incredible.
