Default Some issues with Magnum XL40

I had a pilot from my club look over the engine while we were getting ready to fly and the throttle barrel he said seemed a bit loose.

It wants to slide back and forth a decent amount at WOT, not while the engine is running of course, did we check this.....

I took it all apart, cleaned it out as best I could and he thinks there is an air leak somewhere.

I do not know where do go about looking where this may be. The high speed needle seems to work fine, but he thinks it my be a seal on the low speed screw. I did not notice a spot for any type of "o" ring however.

I thought about getting a new card for 32 bucks, but cant figure out how to take the card off the main body.

I have this manual but the blowup picture sucks big time when I try to zoom in and look closer at things...

Any help as to what to do would be great! TYVM
