Default RE: Wow!

YOU WILL LOVE THE 46AX IN THE DOLPHIN!!! Totally enough engine. I've been using an 11x5 prop, which is a good balance of doing everything well.

The plane is fixed and ready to fly! I brought it in yesterday in two pieces. Yesterday we did the structural work, today a tiny bit of reinforcement and some new covering. If the blue wasn't a darker shade you would never know! Except I painted the canopy black, which looks GREAT. I'm amazed, and SO EXCITED!!!

My plane balanced how yours did - seemed really close, but if you blew on it the tail would drop a little. I would say make it so that the nose falls very, very slowly. But don't add weight if you don't have to - adding dead weight to a flying model is just not a great idea, if you don't absolutely have to.

I didn't balance my plane laterally, but I will tonight. It does want to turn out of loops and vertical flight. Might be a balance issue, might just be the way the plane flies, don't know.

It definitely flies faster than a trainer, and lands faster, too. It also will easily balloon up if you flair it too much before touch down - my trainers didn't do that at all.

Don't have a trainer, got stupid and killed them both.

Good luck, Traski - Have fun!!!
