Futaba 7C 2.4
Looking to invest in new radio, Futaba's 7channel but 2.4 or not? Any one having tried the 2.4 and had any problems? I heard that the 2.4 has a 20sec. lockout if it ever took a hit, 72mhz is only 3sec. Has any one had this happen?

Hello Mac. I currently went through the same thing. I have used a Futaba 72 mhz 6 channel for the past 2 years and decided it was time for a new 2.4. Well, after much research I went to the Specktrum 7 Channel. It holds 20 more models and comes with high torque servo and you can go between airplanes and helis on the same radio and the set up is very easy to do. I did some looking around and I got the 7 Channel Spektrum for $299 at my local hobby shop. Happy decision making.
