Default tiger 60 , how to secure the battery and receiver?

Ok, I have my tiger almost done and i'm putting the battery and receiver in to work on my servos. my question is how do they stay in place? theres nothing to hold them in place. There a servo tray but nothing for the battery or receiver. I have some velcro do I just velcro them to the fuse?

Velcro will work just fine. You should also wrap the receiver and battery in foam to protect them in the event of a crash. The battery might need to go under the fuel tank to help with the balance once you get that far. Good Luck, Dave

Here is how I mounted my battery for balance without adding any extra weight.
Good luck! This is a great flying plane. In the first picture, you can see where I put the receiver, (under where the battery is pictured).

hey bingo I have that same LG for mine. What engine is that. It looks like a ST muffler. I have a ST75 that I'm putting on mine with a macs muffler. I haven't made it to tring to balance it yet. If I need the weight up front I'll probably do what you did with the battery.

As has been stated wrap battery and RX in foam not only to protect them but also to prevent excess vibration from getting to them. Use enough foam to wedga them in slightly.

Si Senior! ST 75. Wait till you have about 2 gallons through it. I have a 91 on a Sig Astro Hog, and it doesn't pull any better.
