Some online sellers are using foreign plane specs. Help, Help!!!!
I can handle MM, and Kg, but "Wing loading - 81-83 dm/2", and "Wing area - 64 dm/2" I can't.
Please advise

Drams per square meter? No idea.
Convert the wing surface area to whatever you like and divide it by the mass of the airplane. That's the wing loading. It's kind of a relative measurement, anyway. Higher usually means faster landings and "wider" maneuvers.
