Whats some good 3D capable profile planes that I can use my 46AX with?

Do you want to build it or get an ARF?

The OMP Edge-540 profile ARF is hard to beat. Mine hovers easily, great flat spins, harriers, knife-edge loops, you name it. Problem is, they were out of stock on a lot of stuff the last time I checked.

Thats a nice looking Edge, did you buy the kit or ARF? I have never put together a kit before, its looks like it would be fairly easy since its a profile.

Yeah, with .46 size, even an OS AX, you will probably need a profile plane. A full fuselage will probably be a tad much with that engine.

Mine is the ARF version. Quality is excellent. I have also build one of their Fusion kits. It is very well designed and easy to construct but I really wouldn't recommend it as a first kit.

I've learned that the whole 3D thing isn't really for me though.

Mojo. Period. One of the best profiles out there. Check out SwanysHouse. The kit is a very quick and easy build. Also, the Mojo bounces.

Throw on a mousse can pipe or a tower hobbies muffler and you will have much better response on the 46AX.

Mojo 40 or Burrito. Both from Paul at Swanyhouse. I actually like the Burrito a little better.

Beach, You can still get the Aeroworks and run the 46ax in it.

I actually going to throw the Saito 1.25 on the Edge but Im looking for something to play around with so my 46AX doesn't sit. And with a small profile plane I can play around with it near my house unlike the Edge where Im going to want a big field.

i know this isn't the reply you're looking for but have you looked into 3D flat fomaies? I just put one together and it's so much fun! I'm have a blast with it. I didn't spend much money on it and got everything from hobby city. send me a PM and I can tell you what I put together if you are interested.
