Just wondering how many times a week you guys get out to the field?I only get out on sundays for about 3 to 5 flights and it seems like it just ain't enough to get to the point to call myself a great pilot(I wanna be the top ace someday lol

I want to get to the field every couple of weeks, but lately it has been about once a month, but I have to juggle a 5 month old, a 4 year old and a busy work load, I tend to have too many projects in my life. At least when I get to the field, I try to spend a least many hours there.

1 time a week, it gets really frustrating. I've been trying to bump that second weekly trip into my schedule lately. I hope it catches on.

With my runway in my backyard, it is limited by my work, and weather. If I can get home early enough, and the weather cooperates, I will go down to the runway for an hour or so.

Man I so wish I had that much time to give to RC.
I just have too many projects plus a 14 and a 16 yr old daughters that are boy crazy . They are a full time job by them selves LOL. a wet yr this yr caused grass to grow very fast and mowing is a 6 hr job with my 2 1/2 acre yard . but when mowed I can use my park flyers and helis if i have all my need to do list done . I fly a couple times a month also lotsa sim time. I finaly was able to get to our field yesterday for the first time this yr. Oh and I work as a heavy equipment operator mostly a excavator . and in ND its seasonal work so if its nice out Im at work .
But I absolutly love RC first Airplanes then helis and my trucks

At my end we fly almost EVERYDAY. We have guys who drop by after work on weekdays too, there are about 6-7 of us daily. Guess our National Productivity Council is most concerned!

5-6 hours either Sat-Sun, maybe 8-10 flights, 1 day during the week, 3-5 flights. Almost every night I put 4 flights in with one of
my small electrics.

I only fly on Sundays and holydays, typically take two or three planes to the field with me, field is very far from home so it is impossible to get there on workdays, I do not blame I also have to raise three little kids so I have to manage my time to spend a great quantity and quality time with them.

Me and my dad go out and fly at least 2-4 times a week. It would be more if the gas price weren't as high and we didn't live 25 min. away from the field.
