Given the multuple camera angles it quite clearly is not real, but a studio production. Whether it was accomplished with a green screen or stuntpeople I personnaly cannot tell, but my money's on the green screen. I seem to remember seeing this video origninally during a superbowl commercial.

Even though the clip is an excerpt from a commercial or movie I would say that the flight is for real. The photographer used a really long focal length lens to compress the perspective. Along the same lines here is another classic "wet your pants" video:

ill agree with BKD its fake, multiple angle and the plane was going a bit too slow, ive actually just seen that plane on sept 1st and they go faster than that , and i saw this on a commercial too
