Default Tiger 60 ARF build tips anyone?

In my previous post I asked about getting either the 40 or 60 Tiger ARF (http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7920414/tm.htm). I went with the 60 and it is showing up today.

Before I dig in this weekend, I thought I'd ask if anyone has any build tips for this ARF or arfs in general.

Thanks!

Paul

Yes, reglue all the places you can reach. A .61 will fly it but a .91 will fly it with authority!

You're gonna love it!

Look hard at the elevator joiner wire. The one that came in my ARF was cracked at one of the bends. It would have snapped under load. It looked like it'd been chromed over the crack. Made the break look nice and shiny but it surely didn't "glue" it back together.

Use lots of glue and check that all the control surfaces are glued in place properly, I recently built a PC9 and on final checking the elevator wasn't glued in at all. Could have been ugly. ARF tend to be built down to a price not up to a standard so make sure you check everything
