RE: no fuel
Joco,
Ok, what you need to do is figure out if the fuel can even get out of the tank. The easiest way to check that is to fill the tank, and then remove the line from the carb and the vent line from the muffler. Blow into the muffler vent line and fuel should be pushed out of the line to the carb. If this doesn't happen then you have something inside the tank or the lines that is plugged up. If you can get fuel out then you need to look at the engine. The needle valve may have something in it blocking it. Connect your fuel pump to the carb inlet and remove the needle valve. Close the carb barrel completely and pump a little fuel through it. This should flush out anything that might be blocking that.
Give these two things a try and see what happens.

If you have three lines they are thustly: (1) line from clunk to carb. (2) line from somewhere to muffler, (3) vent line going to top of tank and plugged after filling the tank through the muffler line. Check and see if this is right. Sounds like you might have the vent line going to the carb.

Problem is that he gives the same answer for questions about loose wheels and other stuff. He had to be right sooner or later. Just like a broken watch is correct twice a day.

RE: no fuel
well i gotta nother RC KEN question since we are on carbs, i was putting together a pulse 60 and it is my first plane to cut a cowl to fit! well after taking my cowl on and off two dozen times i finally got it to fit and i was trimming a little around the carb to get a better fit and i accidently nipped (for lack of better word) the carb and the top of it now has a place out of it ........will this hurt the performance as bad as it hurts the appearance!

RE: no fuel
I just have to ask, what in the world were you using to trim the cowl that could take a chunk of metal off the carb?
It must have been a pair of those scissors which will cut through anything that are advertised at 3 in the morning

So what ya do is, take a tiny v file and clean up that chip and then cross the venturi and make the same notch then do it again 90 degrees and if someone asks,, you can tell them "ya its the rare notched version, only a few of them made, supposed to help turbulate the air"...Rog
