Default Good as new!

Well I finished fixing the Decathlon today, almost. I am waiting for my new windshield from Horizon. I'll be flying her again next week. I had to redo the main stripes by overlapping 1/4" pinstripe tape, so upclose it looks a little funny. Thanks to everyone that told me how to fix it, I was pretty discouraged after the crash, but I guess now that I got the first one out of the way I'll be ok.

Brett,
That looks great. Isn't it funny how worried we can be about flying our planes when we put so much time into them? Then when they do crash, I feel like there is a bit of a relief. Yours looked pretty bad, but look how great it turned out. You say you can see it up close, but int he picture, the thing looks mint.
Great job and thanks for posting, it takes some of the worry out of the maidens.

Looks very good, you don't need a windshield, just get some sunglasses for the pilot of the plane so the bugs won't get in his eyes.
