Hi
I have been flying the eflite apprentice as a Mode 3 by plugging the Ailerons into the rudder and vice versa because it was origionally a mode 1 is this O.K
also when I go to a club (hopefully this sunday) do you think the instructor will be O.K with this?
thanks
Peter

Depends on if the instructor is used to flying mode 3 if he isn't he won't like it at all.....You want to learn the way that is mostly used by the people you fly with...because if something happens..... then you flying buddys can take over and fly your plane...and vise a versa....It's almost impossible to fly a different mode than you're used to
