Default question about gasser gas tank and lines

Ok I have another question. When I hook up my gas tank I know One line runs to the carb, I plan on having one line for a fueling port, my question is where do i run my vent line, or does it need a vent line being I'm putting in a fuel port? And what is the fuel port of choice for most people? Thanks again James

most gasser use a 2 line system...from the tank to a tee...one end of the tee goes to the carb...the other end goes to the fuel dot...use a fuel dot not a remote fueler....no you won't flood the carb when you fuel...it's a different carb than glow...use a fuel filter near the carb as well.....now the vent...inside the tank the vent line is bent upward like glow...now out of the tank...run the vent line on top of, or underneath your tank(depending on where you have room) the length of the tank and double back so that the vent line exits under your aircraft somewhere near the front of the tank....
You need tygon fuel tube and a fuel pump that can handle gas...I also recommend a fuel filter on your fuel can....
Good Flyin to ya

Fix the vent line inside the tank according to the instructions that came with the tank. (The end goes to the top of the tank)

On the outside, let the vent line hang loose and open to the atmosphere at a level lower than the tank itself. Fuel will not drainout of it even upside down.

Keep your third fill line plugged with a fuel dot except when filling the tank

thanks guys, I wasn't sure about the vent line and where to put it. Should I make it exit the fuse or can I just let it lay inside?

It would be much better for the vent line to exit outside the fuselage because it is also the overflow line when filling the tank
