Whatcha been drinkin', padoni?
Got any more?
Porter is a cool plane, Slow flight performance must be really awesome. I know there's something available out there. Look in the Scale Forum, or the Warbirds and Warplanes forum. Or just search here for Pilatus Porter. There's a build thread going somewhere, just can't remember where.
I'd like to find plans for a Helio Courier, a similar type STOL plane.

Drinking good scotch. Saw a picture in a canadian's web page. Just had items for sale through mail order. Tried to contact a real person, but no luck. Plane has a different fuse profile, like a modified cropduster. No info. on the size or weight, just the picture and the name. I'd like to build one in the 18-20# range. Oh! by the way the Scotch is Glenflddich 18yr old,Ummm-good stuff. Happy New year

Have not heard of the 50yr stuff. If it is available, where can a guy find it? Best I could find is the 21yr stuff. But can't get it here in Oregon. I still have not got any hits on the potter plane. I'm going back to that web page and see if I can get ahold of a real person.

I think, GAGEEBEES HAS HIT IT: TALKED TO AN AIR MACHANIC THAT WORKED ON THE PILATUS PORTER AIR CRAFT UP IN SEATTLE. THE PLANES HE WORKED ON WERE CONVERTED TO BE JUMP PLANES. THE THINKS THE WING SPANS WERE AROUND 40+ feet, WITH LARGE SQUARE DOORS. SHOULD BE A PRETTY GOOD PLATFORM FOR PHOTOGRAPHY,SMOKE, LIGHTS AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO STUFF INTO IT. GOING TO TRY SOME OF THE KIT MANUFACTURERS AND SEE WHAT TURNS UP. IT WILL BE SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO PLAY WITH.
