Default World models Extra-300?? (40 size) C.O.G

I received a used plane as a gift today and I was told it is a World Models Extra-300 (40 size). I am not certain if this is accurate or not, but I am trying to find where the Center of Gravity should be on this plane. If I measure the Wing from Trailing Edge (Not including the Ailerons) to the Leading edge the wing is 11.5" deep. The point at where it seems to balance is at 4.5". I am guessing that this thing is tail heavy but need some ones "Expert" advice on how to:

1) identify this plane
2) Find the COG for it.

Also, when measuring the depth of the wing to calculate the 30 to 35% mark do you include the ailerons? On this plane they are rather large.........

Thanks,
Rich
