Working with Monokote is sort of a love/hate thing. There is definately a learning curve in getting the hang of using it.

It's also frequently used on forums and such as a generic term for any heat-shrink covering that is Monokote-like. Kind of like Kleenix that way. There are several brands and types of plastic heat-shrink out there, Monokote is, (I think), the most popular.
