Cool but Strange Find
I happened to have the hatch off my Extra 260 while the Rx was off , and i moved the elevator and noticed the orange led on my Rx glowed for a moment.

I am going to guess that the servo was being forced to move and the small motor in it is generating current.
Apply electricity to a brushed motor and it will turn- Turn a brushed motor and it will make electricity.
BTW
I would not make a habit of forcing servos to move

I never would have thought of it unless you mentioned it, but now that you have it seems so obvious, yet non-intuitive.

RE: Cool but Strange Find
I've never hurt a servo by making it move by hand, as long as you do it slowly and don't force it if it hangs or something. Been doing it for years when making adjustments on cars and planes and I've never had a servo fail.
