I got a magnum 46 while they had them on sale, and got my trainer back in service. I want to put some floats on it, our field is next to a lake. I want some suggestions on floats, RTF versions, in case I haven't seen them all. I like the Hangar 9 floats, but not crazy about putting the weight of two more servos on it. I can't remember the others, they used a cable from the tailr rudder to control the water rudder. The plane is a World Models Skyraider Mach 1. Thanks for the help!

They really are nice floats. I fly float planes quite often and these are nice and light and track well. I would think they will probably go for about 60.00. Just a guess. I see there were 2 available and it is at 38.00.

Take a look [link=http://www.geocities.com/planefunfloats/]here[/link] for foam filled, balsa sheeted floats. Won't ever take on water. Just finish with glass/film and mount them.

I would try the www.seaplanesupply hot timer floats, they won't add much drag and are foam, pretty easy to cover.
