Will some one tell me what the diffrence is between a type1 and a type2 TX.

I should know but have forgoten

Should be Mode 1 and 2. 2 is typical in the US, with the elevator and aileron on the right, the throttle and rudder on the left.

Actually referred to as Mode 1 or Mode 2 usually. Difference in where the various functions are on the sticks. Mode 2 has Ail/Elev on the Rt stick and Rud/Throttle on the left. Mode 1 swaps the Elev and Throttle to the opposite sticks. RCKen will be here soon with a diagram.

I know they have help you but. I must say type 1 is futaba and all the rest is type 2 haha!!!! Have great day. a little up hammer the gas and turn left

Yes, I am absolutely aware there is a Mode 3 and a Mode 4. However, the original post did not ask about that. Had he asked about all modes I would have posted this diagram. I answered the question that was asked.
