I have 2 recievers that dont work properly does JR repair these?

If it was produced by JR, Horizon should be able to repair it. Send them an e-mail about possible costs as you could get into the cost of a new one with a repair.

What exactly are they doing or not doing?

thanks for your reply, they are just not working at all, when i plug one up i can hear the servo do the electrical twitch and then nothing

Are you sure your TX is putting out RF in the same frequency and shift pattern?

Which TX are you using?

Also be sure the TX isn't in PCM mode.
