I got the link on here from the, Looking for a trainer, what's available. (Updated 01-03-2009) page. It looks like a good plane, the legs look a bit flimsy but overall looks fine. But does anyone fly this on here? If so is it worth the 75 bucks?
Thanks,

For approximately $75 I'd recommend you get the Tower Trainer instead. It's $79. IMHO the Tower is one of the best bargains in trainers out there. I learned on one 14 years ago, and I still have it and it still flies. Plus, Tower is one of the best companies out there to deal with.

In case you haven't noticed, theTower Trainer is going for $65 now.
And if this is your first plane and you don't have the engine or radio, go to the combo options and you can save a bunch of money.

Not that I just have to agree with the everything the moderators say..
BUT, in this case,[X(] they are right. The Tower is a fine trainer for the price. I had one with an OS 46 (not sure what version) and it flew just great. I bought and installed an Airtronics RD6000 radio with four 94102Z servos and it was a great trainer. Rugged (as trainers must be) and very flyable.

I have the .60 tower trainer and as if it needs to be said, it flies great and is a good quality ARF. That other plane in the OP looks ok too and the price is on par with what you would expect to pay, not trying to bad mouth it at all but so many people on these boards have flown the tower trainer that it can easily be considered a proven design with no surprises and plenty of help from people that have actually flown it.
