Default Control horn question

Stupid question, http://www.shopatron.com/product/par...161.5164.0.0.0is there a difference or a side that the left and right side is supposed to go on? I assume that it does not really matter, but what is the "proper" way?

Thanks

Nope. In fact, DuBro is one of the few companies that even MAKES a right and left side

Wouldn't the best ones be the ones that have support on both sides?

I've found the right and left horns very helpful for elevator halfs. They allow you to keep the pushrod a little closer to the center, For ailerons, a balanced horn is the best in my view.

Thanks, I don't remeber when I got them, but they are the only ones that I have for my 40 size stik, if I get to that tonight, I will use them, other wise I will get some other ones when I go to the hobby store tomorrow.

I don't think they mean it in a literal sense, I take the expression "a right and a left" to mean that the horns come in a pair that are mirror image of each other. As campgems suggest in his application, it wouldn't be feasible to have two horns exactly alike, as, on one side of your plane the screws would be on the outside; and on the other side they would be on the inside. Like nature we have to keep things in symmetry.
