Engine: Satio 90 or 170 3-Cylinder Radial (not sure if the 170 would fit)
Radio: Specktrum DX7i with all the hookups that come with it. (i have allready

A giant scale P-40 with all the bells and whistles, and I would have to have it along with a moki 5 cyl radial powered hughes H1 in the same scale. I have an appetite for both on my setup.

As long as we're dreaming and don't have to pay for it
I'd go for a large semi-scale P-38 Lightning but for engines I'd use a pair of these http://wrenturbines.co.uk/stats/44tp.pdf for reliability and power. Definitely not scale but............ Radio would be a Futaba 10C or bigger on 2.4 GHz.

Hitting a 60 million dollar jack pot on a dime machine!!!
I learned to fly RC so I could build a giant P-38 but years later I have seen too many of them go in after a flame out so I have passed on twins.
I really don't have a dream plane, over the years if I have wanted something I have built it. Maybe if I could find the plans for a Polikarpov I-16 that would do it??
Only thing I no longer build are Bipes but I still love them, just don't want another one.
I do keep saying I'm going to build another Sukhoi 29, I think I may get around to that in the next year or two??

I saw on that site there were plans for a small I-16 but couldn't find a button to push to find any info on them?? I'm a plans builder and have a Kinko's close by so blowing them up to size is no problem for me.
A 20 pound giant could be about right for me but I have the LG and other gear for one a bit smaller in stock, maybe a 90 or 120 size of plane??
I have a lot of info on the I-16 in my warbird books too. There was a fellow from the Bay area that scratch built all his planes and they were all E-powered and giants. He brought out a I-16 one year for the IMAA show at Castle Air Base in Calif. that was a thrill to watch and he said it flew great. Wish I had a set of his plans!!

I spent 30 years working on Boeing 727, 747's. Started on C5's in the USAF. I would be in heaven to have any of those 3. The cheaper one would have to be the 3 hole 727. I've never had any exposure to rc jets so I have no idea of the engines available. But a big Boeing would be too cool.

My dream is to have enough money and space for the planes I really want to fly.
Unfortunately my dream plane went out of production so I'm in the market for a new set of dreams.
I have a feeling my dream might be powered by a YS 1.70 supercharged four stroke with the electronic glow ignition

I have a few
(1) a large scale A-10 warthog, I think its a pair of rhino jets that powers it
(2) large scale F-18 in the Blue Angels #7 scheme, I dont know what jets power this bird.
(3) H9 Ultimate Bipe 100in, I think maybe a DA-50 or 85
and I wish to be able hover in all orintations ( still working on that)

2 Models.
1. The Maule Super Rocket with a large petrol or electric motor. This model looks like a conventional aircraft but is very aerobatic.
2. The 1917 BE2e. Call me narcissistic if you like, but a man with the same name as me was killed by Manfred von Richtofen while flying one of these. I've always planned to build one in his memory and for all of those who have died in a just cause. I have had a 1/6th scale plan for years but have never started in it because having to earn a living has always got in the way. I'd probably fit a four-stroke engine though electric flight is tempting.

1. An L-39 with a Jetcat P-80.
2. A 100cc Extra with a DA-100 or a turboprop.
Man that would be sweet and I would be eating Ramen for the rest of my life but worth it.
Real Plane: RV-4 Harmon Rocket

A full-scale spitfire and the skillz to fly it well is my #1 dream. My R/C dream is the ability to fly like a world-class pilot. My favorite R/C vehicle to own....maybe a huge composite 1/4-scale Spitfire. Either that, or the Aeroworks Ultimate 150cc with a DA-170 and a trailer to haul it in (of course). Actually, I think the AW Edges are two of the prettiest planes out there.
