I land mine all the time on one wheel.

Yes, don't get too cocky. One wheel landings are not difficult if you are proficient with the rudder. Bank your wings very slightly to one side and apply slight opposite rudder pressure to keep the airplane tracking straight. Voila, one wheel landings!
