OS Valve needle

I need the L shaped tool that goes into the valve needle to adjust the valve. it is for OS 50 sx. ?do you know where to get it

Usually a 2-56 size push rod wire is the right size. Just cut a piece as long as you need, and bend an "L" into it.

OS Valve needle

There is a set screw that holds it in there if you missed it. As mike said, put it in and tighten the screw.

L shaped tool? Sounds like an allen key to me....
