Hello i am in need of some info in regard to my Super Cub LP. I have a Spektrum 6i and want to make my Super Cub LP compatable with it. This plane is bone stock minus what I will take out of it to do the upgrade. I guess I need to know what all I need to complete this job. I know that I need two micro servos, a Spectrum Reciever, and a speed control for the 480 motor. I also would like to find out where I can get some connectors that will match my stock battery that came with my cub. Well any help would be great. Thanks.

to swap over the Supercub to spektrum you'll need 2 servos and a ESC. the factory radio gear that comes with it uses 5 wire servos and the ESC is built into the RX. you can get a cheap ESC and use the stock plug off the hobbyzone RX/ESC. I'm not sure if the LP cub has the mini tamaya connectors like the regular supercub or if it has the blue ES3(I think thats what they are) connectors like the other PZ planes

I am in the process of doing the same thing. You are right in the fact that you will need all new electronics rx,servos, esc. If you keep the same motor make sure you get a esc for a brushed motor, which I beleive the Cub has. I am changing the motor also to a brushless (mor Power). I am having trouble figuring out how to mount the motor. Also I cant fine where the CG is on the plane (not written anywhere that I can find). My cub is on floats. Two sucessful flights and one not so successful put it into a stall (SPLASH). Good time to change over, nothing works.
