I just finished this about two hours ago. This is my first real build from box to completion. All that is left is to change the blue nosecone to a white one.

This is my second plane so I will have to get my instructor to help me test it and buddy box me for a couple of flights.

I'm pretty sure it's not a profile plane, look again at the cowl , canopy, the tail, and the landing gear etc...

I gotta say that covering looks "tight" and very nice. Sweet.

It is not a profile and I made the cowl from scratch.

Thanks for the compliments.

campaholic,

Looks Great. Good job.

Is that a weight on the left side? It looks like it is right side heavy.
Is it?
Looks like you have some weight on the left side.
I am having the same problem with mine.
How much was it off?

Let me know

Yes it is a weight on the left side. I will eventually paint it white. It is 1/2oz of lead mag wheel weights. I think it is right side heavy because the engine is in the 9:00 position so most of the engine and muffler mass is on the right side. I used a string tied to the prop shaft and tail wheel to hang the plane and just experimented with different weights.
