I have just recently purchased an Extra 260 1.6-1.8 airplane from Seagull models. I was thinking about putting the new DL 30 in it. I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions I might consider before buying this one? Has anyone placed this engine in that sized aircraft yet? Is it enough power...or too much?</p>

Hello, and welcome. I see this is your first post here. Your question while valid is not really suited for the beginners forum since this plane is no where near a beginners model. Whith that said when I want to see what engine works well in a model I go look at the RCU user reviews to see what other pilots have to say about their plane.
