Super Cub, tail loose

I bought a Super Cub, crashed it. Prior to flying I noticed the tail was a little loose, I am using the correct screws as directed by the manual.
I've included a video to explain to show the looseness, it doesn't seem right, the tail is always lop sided and yet the screws are as tight as they will go.

that does look excessive, I checked it against a super cub here and the tail on this one doesn't do that. pull the screws out and check the parts to see if something is broken. there's nothing that a little glue can't fix. worst case scenario a new tail set is only $11 if I remember right.
