I'm not able to get any up elevator on my tx. No matter what model I'm on. I can get down elevator trim, but no up trim. Its a JR Sport SX600, I bought it here on RCU, NIB. What is a good estimate if I was to send it in?, if I can send it in.

Since its a JR then that means you should have to send it in to Horizon Hobby, and they have excellent customer service. I have sent in three different things for repair and they fixed all for free. If you bought the transmitter from a authorized dealer and its still under warranty then all you have to do is send it in with a invoice. If you didnt get it from a authorized dealer or its out of warranty then you can still send it in, but on a piece of paper write down all your info with a note on the problem and request a free evaluation along with a quote to fix it. They will check out the transmitter and will either call you with the problem to let you know the price to fix, or they might fix it for free if its a small problem.
I had to send my DX7 in after I accidentally stepped on the antenna and it broke off. I sent it in and they did a curtosy repair, free of charge.

Probably a broken wire. If you don't feel confident in looking for it and fixing it yourself then send it to JR. Probably should anyway since it is a used set.

Yes it is a digital radio with digital trim tabs. The model that it was on when I first found out had elevons. I switched to a model with no mix and it still doesnt work. I'm usually the one opening things up and seeing how they work or see if I can fix it, but I really dont want to make things worse.

I'm not familiar with JR radios but I can't see them being too different from Futaba:
It's possible the switch is faulty or disconnected in some way, but as the model had elevons, it occured to me that the Channel 2 trim rate may have been set to zero in one of the sub-menus.
Can you reset the radio to default settings and see if that restores functionality? If it doesn't, then it's a hardware fault.
