A solo certificate please

Yesterday I went to the club and the guy I was flying with told me: "You no longer need me" and he pass me the Tx and I was flying alone, I landed perfectly I must say(I was amaze), then I took off very smoothly and land again and then on the air and with a little more confidence I did a couple loops, rolls, etc and land and take off and land and so on, like ten times the wind was perfect and I believe that help me with the landings.
Was amazing on my way back home I couldn't fit : my plane, my self and my happiness inside the car.
Today I went to fly again, just to see if I can do it again, and yes takes offs and landings with out any mishaps.
This is to much fun, I'm getting addicted to it.

Sounds like you have a great instructor. A good instructor is worth everything. Keep practicing those touch and gos. Although I've been flying for almost 20 yrs, I try to put in a hour a week doing just touch and gos and deadsticks with my trainer. I see a lot of pilots who can fly every aerobatic maneuver in the book but cannot land worth beans.
I still remember my solo, both for my Private ticket and with my RC. The feeling in my stomach and in my spine when those wheels released from the ground, and then smoothly came back onto the ground, is still with me every time I get behind the controls.

Hey MinnFlyer, it looks like you just might need to hand out 3 of those certificates! hehehe I made my solo yesterday too, and can not beleive how much the simulator helped. 6 flights from beginner to solo! My mind is racing with all the posibilities every time I see a different plane, is that normal now? I think I need help!

Congrats to both Jucava and Bearmech. Just make you you both hang onto that nervousness, never lose it, cause once you loose it that is when you get over confident.

I just "got my wings" today
I started flying 1 1/2 months ago. I had never used a simulator. I went 2 to 3 times a week during this time. I probably had 30+ flights. My instructor was great. I couldn't wait to cut the cord, cause I felt guilty taking his flying time. Now it's Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy time.

That little bit of fear is always a good thing whether it's models, motorcycles, race cars or whatever. When I lost that fear of motorcycles I sold them all!! Point is that is very good advice!!
