Well the weather around here and work schedule just isn't cooperating with flying, so until I do finally get the chance, I'm thinking about painting the wing and tail section of my PT 19, adding decals etc... Anyway, it is covered with 21 century fabric. I read on the forums that is OK to use krylon for Wal or Kmart. Something about that just sounds odd to me. I want to be sure that I don't melt anything. I guess if worse comes to worse and it does melt, it would be a great time to learn how to cover
. I like the looks of the fabric. I could probably just leave it alone and apply the decals, but the orginal owner painted the horizontal stab white. Want to paint scale yellow, so at least that has to be painted. I've used H2O paint from Kmart on foam electrics but not sure if that would hold up to the gas I have to run in the 19. Any thoughts?

Hey Bill,
FWIW, I used wal mart red rattle can on my landing gear.
So far it's held up to fuel. Ive also put MK over 21 C fabric
too.
