Hello,
New to the sport (but used to fly RC sailplanes 15 years ago.) Now friends and I in Greece are interested in flying RC seaplanes - probably with gas motors (rather than electric.) They will be flying out of the Mediterranean (salt water!)
Need suggestions on kits, best models, and especially information on the size of the boxes the kits come in. (Will be in the US for the next few months, and will then take the boxed kits back on the return flight. Or, find someone to take them there earlier.)
So, please help.
Thanks!Text

You may want to check out www.falcon-trading.com and the float planes they have. They are ABS plastic and just might be what you need. The planes are actually from Italy and it might be better getting them back home. As far as size goes, I don't have actual sizes but if I remember close most boxes will be about 5" x 24" x 4 feet. Dealing with the salt water might make the ABS the best deal.
I fly all their planes and love them all especially the Cessna. ENJOY !!! RED
