I have done some searching, but can't find any info on the specs of older servos. I have some jr nes 601 and 602 that I might use on flaps, is there any good source for finding the specks on older servos? I also have some older futabe servos that I may use as well or instead.

I did a Google search for "servo chart" and found several that people have put together.

None of the ones I looked at had NES-601 or NES-602 listed.
