Ok guys n gals. I have an id 120 ra surpass. I recently removed all the front engine parts like the cone, prop, all the way up to the front bearing. I laid all the parts in order so I knew which way they go back. Problem is my pup was playing with his rope and threw it. It hit the parts. Now I don't know the order. So I have:
Engine, hub with key, washer, small nylon or plastic cylinder, the prop, a large plastic disk, the cone, a large washer, and the prop nut. Is there a diagram somewhere?
Thanks for all your help!

Look at the PDF mclina put up.
Pay particular attention to part "31", (displayed on page 20 of the PDF) called the THRUST WASHER.
This is a small almost paper thin washer.
It is VERY important that that washer is there where shown.
Most people loose this washer whenever they remove the prop assembly, then have many problems with their motors as a result.

And the diagram does not show a prop or spinner. I assume your 'large plastic disk' is the spinner backplate. This goes behind the prop. A heavy steel washer goes in fron of the prop, along with the prop nut. Then the spinner cone goes in front of all that.
I have abandoned the use of spinners, and have gone over to spinner nuts on most of my planes:

They make it easier to change props, and they don't get chewed up by the starter.
