Got my templates, let the cutting begin!!
I just had a friend cut some foam cutting templates out of laminate material he had from a countertop install...
He etched the centerline and the airfoil name into the template.. He also cut mounting holes into the templates.
Got a nice cut but there is some chipping of the"good" side of the laminate. The base is smooth so I will have to bevel back the laminate edge a bit so the wire doesnt catch...
I be hackin up some foam this weekend!!
