Default balance ?

if the stabilizer is zero degrees with trust line does the stabilizer need to be level when the plane is balanced . this a aeromaster 60.

Yes, the stab should be level in your case when checking the CG.

Usually the CG check isn't quite so critical that a degree or two off will matter much anyway. Most CG checks are done by eyeball to get the plane "level"

Why not move your equipment around in the plane instead of adding weight?
