Where can I get a NiMh TX battery for an Airtronics RDS8000. I see Tower has a Hobbico Hydrimax fo $40.00. That seems kinda steep. The Nicad mine came with a bad cell. I could send it back but it is too small anyway. I don't want to make up my own, I do not like soldering end to end. Thanks in advance.-BW

If I recall the 2500mAh for that tx was about 12 or 13 yankee green backs. I have their batteries in my RDS800, DX-7 and 2 Futabas.

We must have about 40 or 50 batteries from them. We don't order through ebay from them anymore, we deal direct. Even a little better price. Seems like we pay somewhere around 7.50 each for the 6 v.

No, I don't think we have ever ordered from them. We were pleased with the batteries from Dahanbay so we stayed with them.
