From: St. Louis, MO,
I am thinking of buying a used helicopter and would like your input on "The Package"......
Raptor 30 v1
Super 8 futaba
telebee gyro
servos
header tank
starter w/batteries
starter shaft
glow ignitor
alum case for radio and some odds and ends
I am looking to pay $600 for this, Is this a good price?
Is this a good beginner heli?
What is the difference between v1 + v2?
Thanks for your input and well taken advise

I'd say that is a good or fair price. You'd be hard pressed to get that setup new for under $1000.
V1 vs V2, check out www.heliproz.com. Go to "products and reviews" and look at the TT Raptor30 V2 review. They outline the diffs. OR, just search the heli forum.
Rappy is fine for starting out. Best to get some help or practice on a sim before your first flight.
