angle of the dangle

I have GWS Slow Stick that is fitted with a HiMax Outrunner motor. The motor comes preattached to a square tube that fits over the stick end of the plane and screws on. See the pictures of the mounted motor and prop below.
How can I adjust this so it is not perfectly square? I know I need to have the prop point a little to the right and down to get the plane to fly straight, but how does this get adjusted? I don't see any way to do this other than to perhaps put a notch in the stick itself and bend it??? There's gotta be a better way.
And once I figure out how to do it, how do I determine how far to angle the prop?<br type="_moz" />

This RCU review mentions nothing about thrust angles for this model:

I wouldn't alter the angles beyond 2 degrees right and/or down.
For that, you would need to separate motor support and fuse boom, and to use an angled stand off made of wood.

Use a hacksaw to remove just the amount of aluminum tube the motor sits on now. Place a piece of hardwood or hard pine into the tube. This wood piece can be shaved to get your angles.
I would have it go into the tubing at least 1" and fit snuggly. a tiny screw is a good idea for retention. Cut the outer wood part over sized a little so you have some wood to work with. If you do over trim, well hey its wood, glue some more on
