I took my new parkzone ultra micro P51 mustang to work today to try and get some stick time at lunch. Left the plane in my car and the heat got up to around 100 degrees. When i came out to fly the plane the wings and tail got warped a bit. The wing tips on both sides curled upwards. The tail was curved as well. Is there any way to fix this or am i calling parkzone for a new wing and tail?

upsman522,
I have never tried them, but in the foam forums they have a few methods for correcting your problem. One method is pouring hot water over the wings and forming them back into place. Another method they talk about is using steam in the same way. Some types of foam will return to its original shape when doing this. Check out the foam threads.

I cant help you but thanks for the heads up.
I'll be careful about leaving my Parkzone Sukhoi XP in the trunk.
The whole idea of this plane is to leave it in the car but I have been worried about the heat..
