Well... I wish I had read this forum first... Ordered a boxer pump last month... CC has been charged, but order status is showing processing. No replies to numerous emails.. (except one brief "I'll look into it" from an unknown person at their email address). Nothing since.. Time to get CC to reverse the charges.. Shame, the boxer pumps were really nice.

I just called Slimline and got Bill on the phone to ask if the maintenance kit for the Boxxer pump is available and he said there was plenty in stock. After reading this thread I figured I will call. I am not giving this guy my CC number. I wish I could get the parts somewhere else but it seems I am going to have to get someone to make them for me. They are just some delrin tubes 20 cm's long 13 cm Outside Diameter and 11 cm inside diameter. anyone have a machine shop and willing to make me 6 of these?
