Default First Mid Air

I've been flying for about 2 1/2 yrs I've never been in a mid air or really seen one ( except for combat). I'd built and EPP plane for fun and Sunday was the first day. I'd problems with the leading edge flexing to much and causing the plane to go all over the place. It was my last flight of the day and for the guy I hit. He was flying about 10ft off the deck over the runway; going from right to left. I was going from left to right. We both thought I was further out he was. I decided to turn left right before we meet. Right in the middle of the turn; he hit me. I laugh while it rained foam. He came in and landed. My plane was done for and he only had a small hole in his right wing. Looking at it; I would have hit is right wing if I hadnt turned. I would have felt really bad if that had happend. No hard feeling between us. I went to his house to pick up some balsa strips and he had some foam to replace my plane. I guess he felt really bad but I felt even worse for the hole in this covering. I wish I could upload the pic but my computer wont let me( as soon as I get into" my pictures" it shuts my out of it).

Here is a video of the first flight with the foamy that I had. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilc-jbhgGSM
