I am looking for a second electric plane to use as a general aeroabatic plane for quick trips to the field when I dont have time to drag out all of my glow stuff. I currently have a couple of 3S 2200MAH 30C batteries that i would like to use so I dont have to purchase more. I would like it to be plug and play where I add my battery and reciever and go fly.
I have been looking at this,

but it is a little spendy for what I am wanting. Does anyone have any more econmical suggestions, or am I looking for something that doesnt exist???

For anything comparable to the one you're looking at they will fall in that price range. You did not mention your ability and that is a factor with those planes. One thay perhaps suits you needs is a Electrostick from Tower. Stiks have been around for ages and are fun to fly as well as easy to repair.

there's been mixed reviews on the PKZ 300. Apparently the cast was inverted when they molded the wing's airfoil so that it's curved on the bottom and flat on the top. Lots of threads on it here and at rcgroups.com. Some people love it, some are not happy at all. Lots of folks are mounting the wings inverted too.
Though if you're looking for a plug and play, there's not a lot of options other what's mentioned above. If you want a serious 3D monster for your 3s 2200 lipos and are willing to buy a motor/esc and some servos, I'd check out a 48" DW Foamies or a Hyperion Sniper II. You can get one of these completely setup for the same price as that PKZ 300.
I've got some 2200 3S lipos lying around too. After I get this ExtremeFlight Edge going, this is what I'm looking at for a foamy:

If your flying skill is up to it, the Parkzone Extra you linked to is excellent. Just be sure to read the bulletin on the Parkzone site regarding the CG. It isn't a 3D airplane but it is powerful, and great for practicing sport aerobatics or just tossing around the sky. The price is about as low as you will find for a complete, quality airplane like this.
Both the Parkzone T-28 and Corsair are great too.
If you are looking for more of a 3D plane, check out the Hyperion Sniper-2. They have two sizes and I just got through assembling the smaller one. It uses smaller batteries than those you have on hand but I only have around $250 in the entire airplane including a couple 1100mah, 3-cell batteries. It is light, tough and performs aerobatics well. It also has an airfoiled wing so it flys more like a real airplane than most of the little foamies.

You said you want it to be PnP, but if you're willing to build, there are a lot of good electric kits. Stevens Aero and Mountain Models come to mind. Their stuff is top notch. Then you could just get some cheap electrics from Hobby-City.
