RE: engine trouble

mine was running fine for 2 months, then one week it did the same was actually the fuel. It could be a few reasons, im new at it still so someone else will help better, but one could be it might be running rich, and its filling up with fuel.

This was my first thought too - Could also be too lean on the low end.

Could be the fuel too. Unless you''re sure that you''re fuel is good, try changing that first.

If the engine is tuned right then it''s either fuel, glow plug, or an air leak.

RE: engine trouble

OR the pressure nipple is full of gunk from the engine, providing insufficient pressure, causing the engine to lean out too much...

Hi!
If everything else is correct ...it''s the low speed needle that has to be set! You have set it before ..have you?

RE: engine trouble

May be rich on low end. Turn lo needle 1-16 turn clockwise and see if it works better. Rich low-end causes fuel to pool in the crankcase and douses out glow plug when throttle is opened. Usually, as an engine breaks-in it needs a less rich mixture to run well. Ross
